The spacious open plan kitchen living/dining area is nicely complimented by a large enclosed outdoor area, to enjoy the beautiful summer nights with the doors open or to enjoy the cooler nights with the doors closed.
There is ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling providing comfort in any season, along with ceiling fans throughout.
There are four bedrooms finished with superior bedding and finishing touches to make your stay as beautiful and easy as possible.

Please note we can cater for 10 guests; they will be in accommodated on an air bed in the separate lounge that has doors so is secure and private as per a bedroom.
The separate lounge can be used as a quiet get away to sit and relax with a good book.
There is a rumpus room with a 75-inch smart TV and toys for the kids to enjoy, with sliding door access to the back yard.
Open the bifold doors and enjoy a BBQ in the beautiful Mildura weather or sit around the fire pit in the cooler winter months.
There is ample lockable side access to store your boat, caravan or trailer. Plus, lockable double garage to store your car.
