The nightly rate is for two guests.
There will be an additional fee of $50 per person per night for additional guests. This will be automatically calculated through your booking.
For the nightly rate guests will be able to access the whole house including 1 bedroom.
Additional bedrooms will be locked unless they are booked for guests.
IMPORTANT: Bookings for 2 guests include the use of 1 bedroom.
1. For 2 guests requiring 2 bedrooms, an additional fee of $50.00 per booking.
2. For 3 guests and three bedrooms an additional fee of $100 per stay.
3. For 4 guests and four bedrooms, an additional fee of $150 per stay.
